Kavya Infoweb follows a strict policy. Once a service is purchased and payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. We request our clients to read and understand the service terms carefully before making any transaction.

Due to the nature of our services—many of which are custom-tailored to client needs—refunds or cancellations are not possible after the work has been initiated or partially/completely delivered.


Reasons for No Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Customized Work:
    Our services, such as web development, SEO strategies, and branding solutions, are customized for each client. These are not pre-built packages but personalized solutions that involve planning, creativity, and execution from day one.

  2. Time & Resource Allocation:
    Once a project is confirmed, we allocate human resources, tools, and dedicated time to execute the project. These commitments cannot be reversed or reassigned once deployed.

  3. Digital Product Nature:
    Services such as SEO audits, marketing campaigns, or web applications are digital and often delivered in phases. These cannot be “returned” like physical products, making refunds impractical.

  4. Transparent Pre-Communication:
    Before any service begins, we ensure the client is aware of the deliverables, timeline, and scope through proposals, emails, or discussions. This minimizes confusion or unmet expectations later.


Cancellations

We do not entertain any cancellation requests once a service has been initiated or payment has been processed. Clients are encouraged to make decisions after fully understanding the scope and nature of the service.

If the client delays providing necessary inputs, content, or approvals after payment, the project will be paused but will not be canceled or refunded.


Rare Exceptions (If Any)

Though our policy is strict, in rare and exceptional cases, we may consider offering partial refunds or alternative solutions under these conditions:

  • Kavya Infoweb is unable to start or deliver the project due to internal reasons.

  • No substantial work or planning has begun on the project.

  • A valid refund request is raised within 7 days of payment.

  • The client submits a formal email to info@kavyainfoweb.com with clear reasons.

Approval of any such request is entirely at the discretion of the Kavya Infoweb management, and we are under no obligation to approve such exceptions.
